Known forAll of our entrees are served on “Injera”. Injera is a crepe-like bread made from a tiny grain called “Teff” that is indigenous to Ethiopia. Our entrees are called “wat” and each one is prepared here by our wonderful Ethiopian chef. The perfect blend of herbs and spices gives Ethiopian food a very unique and appealing flavor. We provide our guests with a variety of vegan, vegetarian, meat and seafood entrees. Choose from beef, chicken, lamb, shrimp, salmon, lentils, cabbage, peas, salad and much more.
